DOES THE PLAN INCLUDE PHONE SUPPORT?

No, all requests are made through our client portal. Every once in a while one of our consultants might need to reach out to you to book a quick chat to clarify something, however the support plan does NOT include inbound phone support.

Often clients like to send us videos (we can show you how to do this) to help with a bit more complicated scenarios and we also sometimes reply with videos to help train on a new process or answer a questions.

After 10s of thousands of hours spent on hourly consulting, we have learned how to communicate and also learned how many 1000s of hours that were wasted on calls, when we could have been getting work done for our clients!

Once that is complete you’ll be ready to use our service. Most clients are on-boarded and we are working their first job in 2-3 business days.

HOW FAST WILL EACH JOB TAKE? 

Every job will be responded to within 1 business day with either: 1) an estimate, 2) estimate and questions, or 2)only questions if we need more details.

Simple jobs get completed faster than complex ones. For smaller jobs (broadcast, import,…) we recommend giving yourself 3 business days and for something more complex such as a funnel or webinar setup we would recommend giving yourself 5-10 business days.

And something like “I want to integrate three membership levels and 30 pages with Memberium and LearnDash…oh and we need allow a client to purchase”…will take longer. However your team knows how to break bigger jobs, into smaller jobs, allowing us to deliver value sooner, then later.

You’ll need time for revisions and verification of copy and content.Please remember you specialists aren’t just building and integrating your jobs…but also taking the extremely time-consuming actions to test and make sure they are good to go!

WHAT ABOUT STRATEGY? 

We are not a marketing company and do not provide marketing or sales strategy for your company. We are specialists at implementing your strategy and tactics with Infusionsoft.

So you can ask us anything about Infusionsoft strategy for how to get more out of Infusionsoft, which sometimes might be recommending a marketing campaign, like cart abandonment or a short-term lead nurture.
